  • The membership is non-transferable.

  • The complimentary slot can be used by placing a requested minimum 6 days in advance via:

    1. Online booking software 24×7 (Preferred mode)
    2. Toll-Free Golf Concierge (Mon – Fri 10 am – 6 pm IST).
    3. Mobile App (Available on iOS & Android)

  • Members participating in the tournaments will get their slots deducted against the available game’s balance.

  • Golf Clubs will not entertain any correspondence/ inquiries or attempts for booking directly from members and the members may not receive any response directly from golf clubs. Please send the request to our customer care only. We will share welcome kit Introducing to customer care system.

  • Any cancellations need to be informed 3 days prior to the date of play by writing to golf@oxyloans.com.
